Delilah Brixton is an ordinary girl who receives a letter from an eccentric school for wizards and witches, something she finds impossible and even a cruel joke. However, when her wandering uncle proves the existence of a fantasy world, she decides to risk it all and enrol for her first year at the Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry, having little idea of the vast differences between herself and the "pure-blood" wizards.

Delilah will embark on a long journey of exploration, much like the scientists who film documentaries in the Amazon. In her case, she will uncover the customs of wizards, magic itself, and the dramas and secrets hidden behind the ancient castle walls. Of course, she will always be accompanied by two kindred spirits: Abelard Fudge and Magnus Prince, embodying humility and arrogance, respectively.
