Koda Whitney has always been untouchable. As the daughter of America's so-called 'last' President, she grew up surrounded by privilege, insulated from the struggles of everyday life on an inhabitable earth. But when the Resolute's evacuation mission goes catastrophically wrong, Koda crash-lands on a hostile alien planet, far from the comforts of luxury-and her father's protective shadow.

Surrounded by survivors who quietly resent her elite status, as well as the advanced tech and special benefits she was granted, Koda finds herself out of her depth. And unfortunately, her sharp wit and rebellious attitude aren't enough to win over Vijay Dhar, son to another elite politician, who sees her as little more than a spoiled liability, and little less than 'Daddy's Little Diplomat'.

With humor, angst, and slow-burning tension, 'Rises The Moon' is a compelling coming of age romance, exploring self-discovery, gripping action, and unexpected bonds.
