The main themes of the old story are present, but be warned there has been a lot added so I recommend going back through and reading.
When an angel named Castiel finds himself running from a demon in a hopeless frenzy, a hunter named Dean Winchester swoops in and saves him. Little does he know that the hellhound was the least of his problems.
Dean Winchester has been on his own for years, ever since his dad abandoned him and his brother was kidnapped by the devil. He would have never thought he'd come across an angel in his hunting for Lucifer, hell, he didn't even know they were real. Now he must choose between the captivating beauty of his broken angel, Castiel, or succumb to the dangerously alluring Darkness that his brother had given into years before.
A fight between Darkness and Light, and Dean Winchester is stuck right in the middle of it.
