Lightbulb is part electronic as most people could say, and with that comes a power. This would be electricity manipulation. Water and electricity doesn't mix well, especially with Lightbulb. As she cannot touch water without her electricity coursing through it.
One day, Lightbulb accidentally gets water on herself and "dried" her hands off, not knowing that she didn't get it all off. And she had went to go meet her friends in the living room, and a fatal accident happens...
