A lone massive seed ship named UEGS Guardian of temenos belonging to a highly advanced human civilization had been travelling the vastness of space for a few millennia after humanity's last planet fell from the ensuing war against another civilization of the same technological level that nearly doomed mankind and doomed the other, but during their warp transit towards a very distant galaxy, a mysterious cosmic anomaly sent a tidal wave of powerful exotic energy which flung the ship towards another realm, and what they discovered is something they'd only known as fiction.

In the distant future of the 28th century, mankind had survived near extinction then made it into the wider galaxy. With almost no other sapient life in the Milky Way to stop humanity's expansion. Well... this may sound stupid, but... With the intensity of the Siren War, the need for dedicated repair ships slowly became a necessity. Unfortunately, due to the rather egocentric and superior complex attitude, the researchers and scientists vehemently refused the Admiralty's request to even have plans for a repair ship Kansen, let alone a ship able to extinguish fires. Seeing the absurdity, the Sirens decided to intervene in this stupid mess and just rip an German repair ship from their homeworld and send it to this world to help the problems Ironblood has (if we want to believe the Siren sources and how much Observer sweat beads down her face as she said it face-to-face). After 2 major wars against two galactic superpowers, and the Garmillas refugee crisis of 2205, Japan, a part of the Earth Federation, now is seeing true peace. Humanity had a dream to Explore and conquer the oceans , But that all changed when an unknown enemy appeared known as the "Sirens" humans were pushed out of the Seas by the Sirens advanced weaponry and humanity began to descend into a Dark age.
