Being Real

Reality Heatherway, a seventeen year old girl, moves to California as a way to run away from her family and cope with the loss of her mother who was murdered by her father in her presence and from her toxic ex boyfriend. She bumps into eighteen year old Hispanic basketball prodigy Milan Valencia who has everything one would want in life and is trying to fight his demons of bipolar disorder and hide it from everyone else. In an attempt to cope with both their traumas the two fall in love.
