(Zhu Yan & Li Lun) ... Zhu Yan learns how to speak, finds a companion, chooses a name for himself and cultivates some basic emotions.
- Not necessarily in that order.

Warnings:
drama, all the angst, pre-canon, pre-slash, demonic possession, loss of control, mentions of violence and blood

Notes:
After finishing "Fangs of Fortune" I had all the feelings. ALL OF THEM. Especially for these two blorbos.
This will be the first of (maybe) two pre-canon fics I needed to get out of my system.
Happy reading!

[Edit]
There's a sequel now called "In the Palm of his Hand".

Monster heat

2 parts Ongoing

"People born in a nurturing environment grow up with love but also with vulnerabilities, having positive emotions that can easily make them victims of others. Their thinking can be naive, often overlooking the negative aspects around them. On the other hand, individuals born into difficult circumstances may become strong and resilient but lack love and happiness. When someone shows them affection, they may cling to it desperately. However, those from a nurturing background often do not want to associate with those from a dark environment. The good deeds they provide are seen as normal because they, being vulnerable, always think kindly of others."
