"The Ember of the Fallen"

20 parts Complete

When the Avengers rescue a mysterious woman from a Hydra facility, they uncover more than they bargained for. Y/N is no ordinary prisoner-she is a fallen angel with dangerous fire powers, a being forged in the flames of betrayal. Once a celestial warrior, she was cast down and experimented on by Hydra, her powers twisted and controlled for their own gain. Now, she's haunted by her past and terrified of what she's become. But when Bucky Barnes, a man broken by his own dark history, forms an unlikely bond with her, he becomes her anchor. Both of them are products of Hydra's cruelty, bound by trauma and the ghosts of their pasts. As Y/N learns to control the destructive flames inside her, she must confront her deepest fears-of hurting those she loves, of not being able to fit in with the Avengers, and of the dark forces still hunting her. In the midst of battle, trust, and growing affection, Y/N begins to discover a new identity-one that isn't defined by her fall, but by the courage to rise again. Together, she and Bucky may just find redemption-and love-amid the ashes.
