The Divine Council, driven by their vision of "true world peace," created the Children-individuals with unique abilities-after becoming disillusioned with corrupt rulers. The first generation, tragically wiped out in a massacre two decades ago, leaving behind scars and unanswered questions.

Despite this, the Council's pursuit of a coveted, forbidden goal that the first generation failed to achieve continues. Now, the responsibility falls to Axel Fernandez, the First Seat (Yin), who is expected to lead the Elites in fulfilling the Council's will.
