"Before I show you who I am, I want you to remember what you're fighting for," Aide replied cautiously and gave them all a piercing stare. "Keep an open mind."

"Just tell us, lad," Hanke snarled impatiently and bobbed his sword.

"Brace yourselves," Aide said as he slowly reached for his hood.

Emaia's heart pounded vigorously in her chest, so loudly, she feared people could hear.

This was it. She would finally see the face of her rescuer, the face she had so longed to see.

Aide gave them all one last lingering look before he closed his eyes. "Your whole world is about to change."

He punctuated his sentence by pulling off his hood.

The entire crowd gasped and all readied their weapons, as long silver hair burst free from the cloak and long slender ears appeared.

It was impossible, Emaia thought. They had been extinct for decades.

But there was no denying it. She looked at the man who had rescued her a few nights ago, and remembered him as charming and valiant. It all made so much sense now-why he could do, what he could do.

He was an elf. And not just any elf.

His pupils dialate and a smirk shudders my whole body just looking at it. He lowers his head and burries his head in my neck. A slight gasp leaves my lips as I can feel a low chuckle against my neck. "S-stop Luc-" I was cut off by his hot breathing hitting my soft skin. "You don't want me to stop. I know you don't, I can read you like a book." He says and I bite my bottom lip looking away. He buries his head in my neck and I feel a slight burn sensation on my neck. A moan leaves my lips as the burn hurts in a pleasurable way. A moan leaves my lips as his soft lips seem to be kissing around my skin and he starts to nibble on my neck causing me to moan a little louder. He pulls away and smirks at me looking at my slight panting as a small burning sensation is left where he kissed me. ... "Goodbye my love." I say as I grab a golden encrusted dagger off the shelf of treasures. I grab it by the handle and turn around to see him one more time. "I'm not playing with you open the wall!" He says and looks at me with a pitiful look. My hands shaking and I feel the cold metal against my chest plate. "I may never have made you the happiest or even made you interested in me but you have made me the happiest girl in heaven and hell." I say and push it closer to my to the point I can feel a sting. He looks at me with both hands on the glass and I can feel the light around my eyes dim slightly with fear. "I love you Lucifer." And with that I took my final breath as the metal pierced through me. A gasp of air leaves my lungs and I can see Lucifer with a defeated look as I each a hand to the glass before it turned back to stone and my body falls.

A white-cloaked figure stands on the balcony of a tower, their face hidden in the shadows of a hood. They peer over the banister, seeing hundreds, if not thousands, of Elves standing below them, screaming and shouting. All of them eagerly waiting. The hood falls back, revealing pointed ears, long silver hair, and glowing purple eyes. Her words, yet spoken at a normal volume, somehow travel easily through the crowd below her. "Greetings, people of Kamthas. I come before you today as a new Apprentice of the High Oracles. Today, I shall speak my First Prophecy." The screams below immediately fall silent, a hush falling over the large crowd that ripples like a wave. Her arms shake as she raises them to the sky, tilting her head back as the morning sun bathes her in its golden light. A soft glow seems to emanate from her and her purple eyes glaze over, her voice becoming deeper and fuller, spilling from her uncontrollably. "The rabbit will save us from the snake." ⋆˙⟡ ⟡˙⋆ Lyrael is a human, through and through. There is no denying a fact. Her life is completely upended one fateful spring day when her father mysteriously disappears. Despite all of that, there are two things she knows to be true. 1. She must save him. and 2... She is definitely just a human. This story is about friendship, magic, loyalty, and, most importantly, finding out who the hell Lyrael Waestris truly is.

The Devil Walking On Earth is what he is called by the supernatural. Ruthlessness runs through his very soul. Heartless he is. He is unforgiving. His fearlessness is something known to every species that exists. He is capable of wiping out an entire race and no one would utter a word to stop him. He's known for keeping only male guards but this time around he wants females as guards. This decision shocked the entire supernatural race. But most females dared not go to the contest. It was only ten of them. Among the ten females, one particular one caught his eye even though all the females have their potential. She was fierce, strong, calm, and Lethal and he loved the fire in her eyes. It reminds him of himself. ______Disclaimer_______ He watched as she stood in front of him, giving the five men a hard glare which left them shifting from one foot to the other. She never ceases to amaze him. How can a beautiful girl be so cold? He asked himself secretly. "My King wants to have a chat with your master, in peace," she said with the same cold emotionless tone with a dark aura surrounding her. An aura that he has never felt around her in before. "Our King has no business with your asshole of a king," one of the men spat angrily. The next second she was standing close to him with her dagger on his spin. "Don't disrespect my king. I won't mind castrating you before ripping out your particulars. One more word of disrespect thrown at my king and I will make sure I add you to an art collection," she warned, her voice coming out darker than he expected which made a shiver run down his spine as the guard nodded with a fearful expression. "Now, lead the way. Try anything smart and I won't hesitate to slice you up," she muttered motioning for the king to come with them. He followed with the same cold expression. He has never met a woman as strong as her in his entire life and this female has his heart without knowing. She's The King's Guard.

From the first moment, I saw her on the battlefield. We were under siege from the Takarai and had been fighting them back for weeks. My men grew weary as we fought hard and waited for reinforcements. I was under an enemy blade struggling, my back against the hard ground when I heard a loud jarring cry. In a flurry of movements, she cleared the surrounding area of the opposing soldiers, laying waste to even the man who held me under his sword. Her smooth mahogany-colored skin stained red, her eyes the color of molten gold, her hair a deep ebony color with a contrasting tract of pale white a pigment or lack thereof also affecting her left eyebrow it was that same pale patch of hair that showed red, dyed by the blood of the men she's slain. "Get up little Prince, We've not won yet." She spoke in a commanding tone and as if compelled I gathered myself and stood. She was accompanied by a large graying man who was also able to seamlessly handle his own against the advancing forces. "Imogen, you cannot continue to charge ahead like that." He complained, causing the scanty girl to smirk. "Deagon, did you not instruct me to unleash hell." She replied, swinging her large sword down on yet another foe. The older man rolled his eyes, "I suppose I did." he muttered, and the fierce girl referred to as Imogen raised her right hand as if signaling something. "Then witness my unleashing!" She yelled. I felt the heat before I even saw it coming. A flash of fire barely missed our flesh when a large red, toothy, armored dragon landed before us lowering itself for the girl. She mounted the beast pulling from its saddle a gilded bow and arrow. Securing herself before howling out another warrior cry and with that, the dragon took off flying fast toward the enemy camp. I vow to keep this memory with me always, as it was at this moment that I knew she was the love of my life.
