in this story every countryleader/countrymaster and city leader are demons and also in this story philippines is not known to the world yet because his country is isolated from the world but he is known to an organization and that organization is none other than W.H.O/world Health Organization philippines is WHO's assistant and WHO and philippines are good friends because philippines once saved WHO before and also philippines is also a healer

while philippines and WHO are friends philippines isn't friends with anyone else yet because he doesn't like attending meetings so the one that attends the meetings are either his assistant or Mindanao

but what happens if UN says its an important meeting and countryleaders/countrymasters are the only ones allowed especially humans and capitals are not allowed, WHO heard this and told philippines, philippines didn't want to go but he had to so did what he was told, the meeting was held in Japan and everyone was asked to wear a kimono
