Easier said than done, it doesn't help that at the age of 20 he lacked in both experience and the skill required to carry out his mission. Truthfully he was on thin ice even even then, it was only a matter of time before he himself was turned into a servitor.

servitor being mindless androids created from death row inmates, slaves, criminals and other undesirables for the purpose of completing menial tasks. Their frontal cortex is cut out and replaced with a transceiver, this is the first step to their transition as a servitor. After this multiple other body modifications are made depending on the demand, whatever the task the servitor is being created for it will be modified specifically to complete the task efficiently.

modifications can range from enhanced vision to mechanical augments for added carrying strength. No person is ever turned servitor willing, however there are billions upon billions of servitors currently in use.
