Everything had always gone against Issei, his younger siblings, Max and Mia always got the spotlight from his parents, they were the golden children. Always getting everything they wanted from them. Then they began to systematically destroy his life, whether it was putting the blame of their mistakes on him to making baseless rumours about him, it was taken as true.
Then when Issei came to know of the supernatural, things got worse as Max, Mia along with Rias Gremory and Sona Sitri would work to consistently undermine what he did and lie about what Issei did and they took the credit. They also lied to the entire supernatural ensuring that Issei would only be a pariah.
After Trihexa was sealed, it was the very last straw for him, who only had his older sister Mari for backing until he met other people who supported and backed him, having seen the lies the twins have spread. After the Factions tried to capture him and bring him to Max. Issei and Mari with a couple of others left Earth, determined to start anew elsewhere.
Hence they landed in Arcadia, A futuristic Empire far away where they got the chance to start a new life away from the Factional scrutiny. What will happen as they navigate their new lives?
