Concept:
Set against the vibrant yet turbulent backdrop of the Outer Banks, Beneath the Waves follows the story of Isabella, a girl caught between two worlds. Born into wealth and privilege as part of the Kooks, Isabella has always felt out of place in her family's social circle. Her heart aligns more with the free-spirited, loyal Pogues, who have become her chosen family. However, her life takes an unexpected turn when she crosses paths and swords with Rafe Cameron, the rebellious and dangerous Kook heir.

What begins as mutual disdain spirals into a fiery, complicated romance full of tension, jealousy, passion, and redemption. As the line between love and hate blurs, Isabella and Rafe must navigate the treacherous waters of class divisions, secrets, and danger to uncover who they truly are-and what they mean to each other.
