"I can never love you! Why can't you understand that, damn it?" She yelled, her voice cracking as she broke down into heart-wrenching sobs. Her hands trembled as she pressed them against her chest, as if trying to hold herself together.

He stood there, unmoving, his gaze fixed on her. His dark eyes burned with an intensity that was impossible to ignore. "Why can't you?" he asked softly, his voice steady yet laced with a vulnerability that only she could bring out.

She looked at him, her tear-streaked face a mixture of pain and anguish. "Because my heart is broken," she whispered, her voice faltering as the weight of her words crushed her. "Broken into so many pieces that no one can mend it now. I'm shattered, irreparably so. There's nothing left for you to love, nothing left to save." Her voice rose with the flood of emotions she could no longer contain.

He took a step closer, his expression unwavering, his eyes locked on hers. They held an emotion so profound, so raw, that it made her throat tighten. It was love-undeniable, unshakable, and relentless.

"I don't care if it's broken," he said, his voice calm yet determined. "If it's broken, then so be it. Still, it's yours, and that means it's mine too. You're mine, butterfly and I promise you-I will mend it. I'll mend every broken piece of your heart with my love, no matter how long it takes, no matter how hard it is. I'll put you back together, piece by piece"
