Y/n is Elenas older cousin, they were best friends until y/n and her mum moved away from mystic falls when she was 10 and Elena was 8. But, now y/n has finished school, she is finally 18, and hasn't seen her cousins in years. So after living in London for 8 years she decides to head back to mystic falls and see all her old friends.
She thought this would just be a trip to catch up with old friends and family, but what happens when she meets the Elena's new boyfriend but more specifically his brother.
Everything might seem like some sort of dream in the beginning, but what happens when klaus comes back to find not only Elena but also y/n.
