when thanksgiving turned into a disaster, 26 year old aliana parker was determined to make the rest of the holiday season unproblematic for her. to do that, it involves temporarily leaving her new york city apartment and moving to the rural small town that her brother has found a peaceful life in. upon her arrival at her brother's christmas tree farm, he presents her with the task of fixing up the old cottage she's staying in as the payment. with an interior design major, it sounds like a good distraction from her messy life...that is until his best friend shows up with his toolbox and unbelievable abs. looking a lot different since the last time they saw each other, aliana struggles to find the line between childhood crush and current crush. where will the holiday season take them?
