The Parallels
Everything changed when that power plant exploded, when the two worlds combined. Everybody has a doppelganger, a much darker, much more sinister doppelganger. Nobody trusts them and for a good reason. They're dark. They're terrifying, full of morose speech and unusual hobbies. But both worlds have decided to co-exist until they could find a way to fix this problem. It's been a year since the merge happened and Matthew has just started university. Everything is going smoothly. He's been pulled into a program along with a few others, including his brother, which encourages people to work with their Doppelgangers and requires him to live with his. But now there's a serial killer loose on campus and the second players are suspect. Can Matthew and his friends solve the case and restore the relationship between the two parallels or will this murder result in an all out war? Doctored Chance #NaNoWriMo2019
I, Mick Chadwick, regret to inform my readers that this memoir contains nothing but the truth, which in the case of Tobias MacClain, most ridiculed as Pajama Boy, is far from pleasant. If you seek to relate to a hero more than to aspire to them and have the stomach for unpleasant things such as a hero left for dead, villainous scars, bomb threats, and murderous intent, then look no further. All of these gruesome things and more await from my research, and though I do not wish them on any man or woman, I cannot bear this burden on my own much longer. In the words of Tobias MacClain himself, "Sometimes, a villainous act can cause the greatest good." I hope that all my villainous acts of sneaking, blackmailing, diary-reading, and grave-digging, among others, will be redeemed as I present this complete and truthful memoir to the world, and with any luck, open eyes to the truth of what we call "villainy". Doctored Chance: The Unpleasant Preceding of "Pajama Boy" and What Drove Him to Murder ********* MATURE FILTER IS FOR: - violence - graphic imagery (blood, burns, fairly dark headspaces) - cartoon depiction of burn scars for visual aid Despite graphics, Mick Chadwick's writing keeps Mr. MacClain's terrible tale light somehow. This is foremostly a comedy. **** Also going up on Quotev and RoyalRoad 2021 ****Complete

A Totally Fantastic Guide To Vigilantism {Sanscest Story}
The world has always dealt in absolutes. It was absolute when it took Error's parents away from him, leaving behind three siblings with nothing but each other to rely on. It was absolute when it coaxed him to become something greater than himself, fueled by the pain and desire to right society's wrongs. It was absolute, when it decided that Error was the king in life's extravagant game of chess. Or, Error is a friendly neighborhood vigilante until he's not. ⚠️Disclaimers⚠️ -Depictions of blood/violence -Torture -Death (no mc deaths though) -Kidnapping (Main things to look out for, warnings will be included on chapters they pertain to.)
The Lands of the Rising Sun
"Mur'ring!" I yelled. "Wake up! Ra'dok got bit by a coyote." Mur'ring sprung to his feet. "Let me see." He inspected the wound with a bad look on his face. "We have to disinfect it." "Yeah okay, whatever just help him he's bleeding out." Mur'ring let go of Ra'dok's leg and turned to me, "you don't have to be an asshole, you asked me," he said. "Help him!" I yelled. Mur'ring walked to the back of the cell and moved a cement block from the wall. He pulled out a bottle of clear liquid. "I was saving this for a special occasion, but given the situation I guess-" "Will you shut the fuck up and help him?!" Mur'ring poured the liquid on the wound. Ra'dok yelled. A guard smacked the door. "Shut the hell up in there!" Mur'ring wrapped some cloth around the wound and Ra'dok stopped bleeding. He let Ra'dok take a few sips of the liquid, which made him gag but sedated him. After a while we all fell asleep. I know it looks like this story is about Japan but it's not. The Lands of the Rising Sun are referring to the East Coast of the United States of America. Set in a post apocalyptic world. Ma'tuk, Ra'dok and Mur'ring are three slaves that share a cell and work in the mining fields. They discover a secret and set in motion a series of events to jailbreak the slaves. The story is told in two parts. The second part follows a team of bounty hunters that find a valuable man and must nurse him back to health. In order to see a doctor they must embark on a mission to gain access to the doctor. This wonderful adventure is very graphic and explores aspects of the mind in terms of spirituality, the human condition and the fate of man.Complete
