You mortals do not know what happens in the streets at night.
When you hear noises outside your kitchen window, it is not just the neighbour's cat. When you hear something tapping on your bedroom window, it is not just a tree branch. And when you hear faint screams from down the street, it is not just your imagination. It's them. The forgotten.
They are the left-over souls from the countless wars that have happened. They go and wander the Earth, trying to find their family, to be a part of life again. They are quiet, unseen, forgotten. That is, until they find you. And then we find them.
We are the type of people who don't stand out in the crowd, who are geeks, or nerds at school. But we are also the type of people that kill the Forgotten to save you. If you know what goes on, if you know who to contact, if you know what they Forgotten do, then we will come.
But so will They.
