A world where it isn't impossible to travel faster than sound. Where it isn't impossible to make a book fall off of a bookshelf on its own. A world where Calix Warren grows up in a castle and learns to never trust anybody. To never love anybody. But it's also a world where River Grayson makes Calix's world fall apart.
