actual explanation:
trans masc Phil bc yes, only person he told was Gaia, Phil's deadname is Penelope, so, after the melting, he rematerialized with fair skin and blonde hair while he used to have green skin and was a brunette, the wing spell gave him invisible wings and when he rematerialized, his wings became visible, his broom has invisible wings. Phil is immortal, he and Gaia see eachother as siblings and miss eachother. Phil is very capable of turning into his famous "Wicked 'Witch' of the West" firm and becoming green again, though he doesn't do that much. Phil is friends with and very famous among the Witch/Wizard community. He does still have his broom. anything else will be explained in upcoming chapters.
