Among her clan of powerful trees, she was the most fragile-made of glass, stunning yet delicate. Destined to be the next Goddess of Nature, she longed for freedom, not responsibility. Spoiled by her grandparents, she ran away, seeking escape in the mortal realm. There, she indulged in risky adventures, including gambling with mortals, until she lost everything. As the gamblers chased her, she transformed into her glass tree form to hide, thinking she had escaped.

That was, until she encountered Sivan, a mysterious and powerful immortal who saw right through her disguise. He recognized her as someone who seemed to have done bad deeds and wronged others, someone trying to flee from the consequences and when she tried to run again, she ended up looking like a tree awkwardly running away on two legs. A glassy mess of branches and leaves flying everywhere.

He accidentally plucked one of her delicate glass leaves while chasing her. Without it, her core started to weaken, and her magic lost its stability. She feared she might never be able to return to her true form again.

Sivan, however, believed she was no simple tree-he suspected she was a demon in disguise, a creature of evil. Without hesitation, he imprisoned her in a jar designed to contain demons. In his eyes, she was just another dark force to be locked away.

Suzy stood still with her long fire red hair half blowing over her face, as he stepped next to her. He was an Indian with long black hair hanging over his shoulders. He was holding a bow in his hand, and had a Tomahawk hanging on his side. Speaking softly he explained, "There is some things you need to know. Without Love we can no longer see the world. We become possessed and controlled by an evil spirit. We turn inwardly and began to feed on our self. Then little by little we destroy ourselves, and everything around us. This includes the ones we once loved. There is only two ways this will end. Either you die and go to hell, or someone like us cast the demon out of you. You have that power Suzy. You can make an energy ball and slam it into their chest. Hold your hand over it as you command the spirit back into the ground. That energy is pure love and evil has no power over it. It will have to obey your command it has no choice. If it doesn't work then you have what we have here. The person is dead and their soul is gone. It's just pure evil possessing the body. Then all you can do is hang them and burn the body. Then the demon can't use that body anymore. The land we live in is the land between good and evil. There is no time here this is a buffer zone between the living and the dead. It is also the place between the Angels and the Demons. I've seen you have the power to make a ball of bright flashing colored light, or energy ball. I also know you can levitate in the air, and shoot lightning bolts from your finger. Other things happen if you throw an energy ball in the air, and shoot it with a lightning bolt. I know I too have this power. Jim has the same power as Bird Man he can slow time and just think of a place and he's there. You can throw a ball of bright flashing colored light in the air, and shoot it with a lightning bolt. Then thousands of little flashing stars will rain down, and Jim can blink everyone and everything in the stars to any place and time."

70 parts Complete

Nirrin spends her days in Foresthome caring for orphans, getting into trouble, and listening to other people's adventures with secret envy. Which is why following an intriguing stranger into an unknown part of the forest seemed like a good idea at the time. Nirrin doesn't expect to find her missing parents among a band of odd-looking misfits, but family is family, right? Her hopes to reclaim the kin she'd lost are challenged, however, when she uncovers their violent plot against "Normals" like her. They'll make an exception for her (Nirrin has always been great at exempting herself from rules), but doing nothing would mean endangering her friends in Foresthome. She must stop these outcasts from--who is she kidding? She's a smart-mouthed girl with no special talents. What is she going to do, talk them to death? Maybe babysitting a bunch of other orphans in Foresthome wasn't such a bad deal after all.
