How A Princess Fights.
When Zelda is forced to marry a tyrant that would bring her country to ruin, she lashes out at her new husband. The new King plots against her so he can have the kingdom and the Triforce for himself but Zelda has many friends in Hyrule. She must leave Hyrule Castle, her home, with no one but a knight at her side. She leaves with a promise, a promise to return some day, an army at her side and retake her kingdom, liberating her subjects from the King's tyranny. This is a Zelink story but I doubt it will be as good as my first Zelink story, 'A Princess Problem' but let's give it a try. The Legend of Zelda - School of the Wild
Zelda Hyrule's life has always been one that is not her own. Zelda has always been the spitting image of what her Father wants her to be. She has never broken a rule. That being, never been out past 9 pm, has never cut a class, and most importantly, has never, ever had a boyfriend. She goes to her private academy like her Father wants, and that's the end of her story. However, her fate takes an unfortunate turn when she accidentally gets herself blamed for something she didn't do and is expelled. Now, with her Father furious with her, she has no choice but to finish out her high school years at a regular public school. She has her eyes set on clearing her name, and no intention of staying in this crappy public school. As if by pure sheer coincidence, or maybe it was fate, she meets Link. Link, the silent superstar of the school, who, in her hour of need, comes to her side with no hesitation. She is undoubtedly drawn to him, yet she needs to stay away. As she progresses day by day, she meets a couple of new friends, and even a few enemies. Will Zelda clear her name? Or will she stay in this public dump for a couple of friends and a silent knight? I Love You, Always Forever; A Medieval Zelink Story AU
Zelink AU Medieval Fanfiction Zelda, currently Princess of Hyrule wishes to see the world outside of the castle. Her father expects her to marry one of the chosen suitors to prepare Hyrule's next King, but she doesn't like the sight of any of them. Link is a Hylian knight with a tragic past. Being secretive and closed off is how he prefers to live. He has a quest he believes he must do alone-to find his older sister. But Hyrule is subject to an unknown danger, within itself. How will the mystery unfold and how will Zelda and Link achieve their dreams? I don't think I'm super great at medieval writing...(knowing the time period, vocabulary, descriptions, etc...) but I tried anyways! Sorry for the unappetizing description.
