This story is based off of two woman in the mid 1950s before the Civil Rights movement.   Octavia (Via) and Donna who are both from Alabama. In this story, Octavia's husband Robert gets sentenced to life in prison after being accused of physically attacking his boss Mr. Johnson, who is the husband of Donna. The two wives come together to crack this case down despite the fact that they were judged. Read more to find out what happens next!

A story that tells about a boy who grew up in the South witnessing the cruelty of his friends. Having to witness society on the injustices of people who doesn't look like him.
