Cale Henituse, the Roan Empire's Silver Shield Commander who was loved by all, breathed his last in old age surrounded by his precious family. Cale, who used to be called Kim Rok-soo, was content with his life, he won the war and started a peaceful life with his family who accepted him for who he was. The now bleached red-haired commander had no regrets about his life. "Goodbye... Thank you..." In that way he had given a proper goodbye, he could go in peace now. But apparently the world still wanted to play tricks on him... 'Haaaahh, you pesky bastard' The frustrating phrase Eruhaben threw at him every time he was about to encounter bad luck rang in Cale's head. "Damn it, why is this happening to me? And what the hell with this place!!" The story where Cale Henituse was reincarnated in a strange fantasy world with the sea as far as the eye could see.

He didn't feel hungry, thirsty, or sleepy. All he did was walk and keep walking. He didn't know how long he had been looking for a way out. Because of the darkness, he didn't know how fast or slow time was. However, he felt like he had been walking for a very, very long time until it felt like his efforts were meaningless. "I didn't know if you made it here. I think... I have a new friend who is the same as me." a woman with long white hair said. "Welcome to the shadow of IX the Nihility, the new self-annihilator." the woman said again while holding out her hand. It seemed like without Cale realizing it, he "tainted" himself with something he shouldn't have. What will happen to him?

Cale was similar to himself-Kim Rok Soo-in an assortment of things, but his reactions were not of someone who had given in. No, they were of someone clinging to a ledge between giving in and fighting back. The ledge was more dangerous than the ground that built it. Rok Soo could not let this punk who reminded him of himself self-destruct and become trash. He also couldn't just ignore the punk who has dreams of the future. Rok Soo smiles slightly, but Cale thinks it looked quite sad. The older boy removes his hand and extends it, "Punk, you and I seem to be oddities in this world. Let's ensure ourselves peaceful lives," Or alternatively: Kim Rok Soo gets brought into the Roan Kingdom as the youngest adopted child of a noble family in the Henituse Territory.
