Set between the Death Cure and the epilogue, a secret group of survivors, overlooked by WCKD, creates their own maze in a brutal jungle filled with rogue Grievers and failed experiments. Clara, a teenage leader who escaped a failed experiment, finds clues about the original Gladers and believes they hold the key to her group's survival. However, when a mysterious boy claims to be from the original group, Clara's trust issues surface, especially as new information and suspicious events unfold.
