This fanfiction is set one year after the Battle of Yavin. A group of rebels, known as "The Desert Suns," is based in Anchorhead on the planet Tatooine. They fight for freedom against both the Empire and the criminal elements that plague the Outer Rim.

The story draws inspiration from non-canon Legends material, including Star Wars Galaxies and various Star Wars literature and video games. I hope you enjoy it!

Led by Grand Emperor Darth Malidictus and his wife, Mother Talzin, the two giant entities bear their fangs, sharpen their claws, and snarl at each other regularly, with the Grand Emperor taking in Refugees that the Galactic Empire, that have been forced out of their homes, only further adding to the tension... Among the two empires, there are many in the Sith Empire that call for war, openly preaching their hatred for the "fakes" and the "false empire" that shames the name "Sith"... One of these individuals, is a man called Kyran Xovia, the son of Grand Emperor Malidictus, and is the prince of the empire, often referred to as "Darth Dreadis", or, "The Black Wind", due to his ability to galvanize people, and his innate darkness that shines through the night sky. Hating the Galactic Empire with a passion that is more fiery than even his own Father's hatred of it, Ky decides to make a stand against it...by joining, the Rebellion. Specifically with a group called..."The Ghost crew". After a mission on Lothal, things start to get a LOT more complicated...for the young Sith Lord... At first she absolutely loathes him but over time the two of them starts to build a friendship. However, what she is doing goes against the Jedi code and everything she believes in. She was a Jedi and he was a Separatist, their paths were never so post to cross. As time goes on she develops more feelings for Lux and can't help but wonder what her life would be like if she wasn't a Jedi. But what will happen when she makes her final decision and will it somehow affect her own destiny and even the fate of the galaxy? I don't own Star Wars or any of these characters.

With the noble Jedi Order all but destroyed, there is little hope for the citizens of Lothal to know freedom once again. A small rebel unit, known as The Spectres have arrived to aid the planet and fight the Empire. Amongst this crew is young man by the name of Aurelian fights alongside his friends against tyranny as he begins to awaken his true powers and reshape the galaxy... (You will find a lot of 40k influence in this story, to the point it might be a crossover in some respects. Nothing crazy, so no Space Marines, demons, or the like will show up. Just names, places, and imagery mostly.)

Wanted to write a story taking place during the Clone Wars, before Revenge of the Sith. Soon a book Queen's Hope will be coming out and taking place then so I thought I'd take a try at it. Lots of the background info on the handmaidens is from Queen's Peril and Queen's Shadow. I advise you read them before this story. Padmé is my favorite Star Wars character so it's focused on her. Will include information referenced from the canon Padmé books, the movies and Clone Wars TV show. Considering this story PG13 at least, has some heavy themes and info not for kids. I also tend to write more dialogue then description due to my ADD so you have been warned. Creepy fun fact, I wrote this at the beginning of 2021. Once I already published this story the cover for Queen's Hope came out. They chose the same photo as me. I'm shook. Doubt many other details will align but this makes me so happy.

This is a story about Anakin Skywalker and Padme Amidala if Anakin never became the greatest Sith Lord and Padme never passed in child birth. Anakin left the Jedi order due to having children yet he still tries to make Naboo (the planet he's currently living on) a peaceful and safe environment for him and his family. I know I am using the years BBY in this book however I'm not going to write about the Battle of Yavin as it wouldn't make sense in this book. There would be no death star in this Galaxy meaning the Battle of Yavin wouldn't take place so let's ignore that and pretend they mean something different! In the original movies Leia's last name is Organa due to her adoptive parents however in this story it is Skywalker like her fathers. Also this story has a lot of [* months later] just because it's easier rather than writing a really long story every day until Luke and Leia turn 20, it's also just the months when babies start doing things like talking, crawling teething etc. The story is different and is not like how it is in ROTS!!! IF SOMEONE HAS ALREADY DONE A SIMILAR IDEA TO THIS I'M SORRY, IM NOT HERE TO COPY ANYONE I HAVEN'T READ ANY STARWARS FANFIC SO I WOULDN'T KNOW!!!

Heads up, I did not design this cover I got it from YouTube on a Sonne meme video by Clay_ This is the first story I've ever written that I've actually intended for other people to read, so expect mistakes. I'm also looking for advice in how to improve this story like a beta reader if you will. If you have a comment, criticism or advice for me please don't hesitate to post it as long as it's constructive. This story was inspired by the Solarballs YouTube channel. It will be different from the show's cannon because it is an AU. There will be no ships because I think it's just weird to ship celestial bodies (no hate just my opinion.) All celestial bodies will also be genderless (but feel free to imagine them as whatever gender you want) because they're cosmic beings, why would they have gender? (Again no hate) This story will focus on the Sun's backstory (with bits concentrating on other characters namely other stars that helped shape Sun's character) because there is a disappointing lack of sun-centric fan fiction. There will be both happy and angsty chapters (and a lot of headcannons) so prepare for a wild ride!
