Ruining Sofia

"How could you?" Sofia looked at her husband Henry.

"You are overreacting. It's just above you."

"I am telling you that a man was... inappropriate to me...he said he wanted to..." Sofia's voice was shaking.
"You aren't a two year old. We are all adults here. He has gotten a liking for you. Consider yourself lucky. You have no idea where this man can get us. To where this connection can get us..."

"I am your wife." Sofia scoffed.
"And, I am consenting to this." Henry cut her off.

"Henry, don't!" Sofia tried to shut him up but Henry continued. "It doesn't change anything. Make him happy. He won't be wanting it all the time. He got hundreds of women for him. This will all be over in a month or two. But you can be good friends in the future and he can be kind to you. And, us! Think where his connections can get us."

At first, if Antonio's behavior in the past seemed a problem now adding her husband's ideas about all this worried Sofia more. It seems the very man she expected to protect her from a predator was ready to throw her to that animal.

Sofia recalled how Antonio had always tried to be a gentleman. But there was nothing gentle about his intentions. And, only his eyes and direct approach with his words was enough to tell Sofia about it.

She could still recalled the day when he had told her .
"You will warm my bed one day. And, your husband will drive you here that day."
At that time she slapped him but now it seems he had win. Sofia gulped looking at Henry. Her Henry couldn't be this blind. It wasn't that simple. She could tell that Antonio had spent a great deal of time to brainwash her husband.

Sofia rubbed her cheeks and told her husband off while walking away. "This isn't happening. Not today. Not ever."

How much she hoped that Henry would respect her decision but when she heard him say, "You are enjoying this 'hard to get'. Aren't you? Fine, I think Antonio will woo you one way or another."
