When Percy, Annabeth, and Grover set out on a mission to retrieve a powerful relic tied to an ancient prophecy, they never expected their path to cross with that of a mysterious figure cloaked in fire and shadow. While traversing a desolate canyon, the trio stumbles upon a lone traveler, Johnny Blaze, a man who exudes an unnatural heat and an aura of danger. Though Johnny seems reluctant to engage, his presence becomes impossible to ignore when a horde of monstrous shades ambushes them. Percy, determined to protect his friends, discovers Johnny wields an otherworldly power-one he can't quite comprehend but instinctively distrusts.
Unbeknownst to Percy, Nico di Angelo has been trailing him, drawn by whispers of a force that could upset the balance between the living and the dead. Nico's arrival unveils a shocking truth: Johnny isn't just a man but a being caught between humanity and something far darker. As tensions rise and their paths converge, Nico warns the group that Johnny's presence is no coincidence.
Now, Percy and his friends must navigate not only the perils of their original quest but also the unsettling truth about Johnny Blaze. Is he a potential ally-or the harbinger of their doom? With ancient forces stirring and trust hanging by a thread, the group must decide whether to join forces or risk being consumed by the flames of fate.
But one thing is certain: in a world where myths and legends collide, no one is what they seem, and every choice burns with consequences.
I had recently finished watching Arcane and in Episode 7 I enjoyed watching the fight between Ekko and Jinx, it was a little bit sad to see two childhood friends fight. And I absolutely love their relationship, so now I'm doing one shots.
