Charlie has lost hope, Heaven has turned down her pleas, and Adam intends on destroying her hotel completely. Alastor knows she's desperate enough to make a deal with him, but before he can make the offer, Charlie, Alastor, the rest of the Hazbin Crew, The Vees, Lucifer, Adam, Lute, Emily and Sera are brought into a mysterious theater, where they meet a collection of powerful former villains who could help defend the hotel.

Looking Through the Glass
After the hotel is rebuilt, Charlie finally has time to think about everything that has happened. She starts cracking under the pressure and falling into a deep depression. Everyone in the hotel soon catches on to Charlie's new behavior and becomes worried. Lucifer is scared for his daughter and decides to step in before it's too late.

After the events of Season One of Hazbin Hotel, Lute falls into disgrace as Sera and the rulers of Heaven attempt to save themselves from steaming headlong into conflict after Hell declares Exterminations an act of war and issues a kill-on-sight order against angels. After Lute goes insane in confinement and attempts to kill herself due to the shame and stress, Emily calls Charlie and Vaggie to join forces with Lute's family to come get her and see if they can help her move away from the damage done to her by Adam and Heaven and begin a journey of healing and learning to love again.
An Arrangement was Made
To get the exterminations to stop, Charlie has to do some things that she really doesn't want to do. She's already tried talking to Adam, she already tried convincing heaven that redemption is possible. Nothing has worked. It's time to switch gears. If they won't accept her hotel as a decent replacement for the exterminations, perhaps Sera will accept a third alternative. (Repost from my AO3 account)
