(This is a remake towards the old version as I felt like I want to change things up with the two characters lore)

Raizo and his best friend Toka are wanted men from the fire nation as Raizo injured the fire lord who is related to Raizo. They've been on the run for years as Raizo was raking up an kill count while Toka is the voice of reason of the two. Raizo is from part of the royal family but with Toka he's from a normal class family who raise into power due to the friendship of Raizo and Toka. Now the two of them is hiding from the fire nation until one day they was on water and met with the Avatar.
