A blossoming career, a big wedding on the list, and much to Vela's dismay, the return of her first love are only a few of the handful of matters that she has to deal with once she's back in her hometown.

She knew what she signed up for, and as intriguing as it seemed to rekindle something that didn't even flare up in the first place, it may have been the very reason to constantly remind herself that what transpired was only a fleeting glimpse of that summer when they were sixteen.
