Italian, half-Japanese, was used to living in two worlds. Her career as a model took her across continents, gracing runways in Milan, Paris, and Tokyo. When she was home, her family's tradition of hosting international volleyball players for the season rarely affected her.

"Ambrose, you're finally home!" her mother exclaimed from the living room. "There's someone I'd like you to meet."

"This is Kento Miyaura. He'll be staying with us this season. He plays for the Japanese national team and is here for the Italian club season," her mother said
