Nymeris was found on Asgard when she was a baby. No one knew how an Elf ended up there, but she was taken in and raised alongside Sif. Having already been granted the power to shapeshift into any creature and the Elf talent of illusions, Frigga also taught her healing magic.
Now, she'll have to see where her loyalties lie as Thor is cast out and Loki makes his play for the throne.
