My name is Avery. Avery Blair Houston. I’ve gone by many different names over the years. Grace Heart from ages 4 to 8. Peggie Lu age 8 to 11. Lisa Perkins all the way until 14. And as of recently Jane Wentworth. I was born as Avery Blair Houston. My birth parents where Ronald Houston and Rachel Jones. They too changed names many times, just like myself. But now, now we can finally settle down. Stop changing our names, location, appearance, life story in general. It’s taken us a long time to get to where we are now. But will I be myself, now that we don’t have to run and hide? Can I trust the people around me to be honest and act like myself? But the real question, who am I? And do I know how to be myself and who that person is?
