But we need to stand up for ourselves. We have to make things better. We can't let negative overthinking make things worse. Please, don't ruin yourself-there are enough people out there who might try to bring you down. Focus on yourself. The journey of improving yourself is tough and tiring, but it's worth it.
I write to inspire people to think in new and different ways. My goal is to help you focus on positive thoughts while accepting reality, even when it's difficult. I don't want anyone to suppress their emotions, but instead to face life's challenges with understanding.
