A small collective gasp sounded throughout the room as I walked in the class. Classmates leaned in next to each other, whispering with covered hands as I shut the door behind me. "Ah, welcome!" The teacher said in broken English. "Class, this is Emily Westfield. She will be joining our class for the remainder of the year." A couple girls snickered, some gaped. Others just looked bored. I shifted on my feet, why has I agreed to this?
Emily Westfield's dad is a successful businessman, and he's just gotten a promotion. The only problem is is that it's located all the way in Japan. So being forced to pack up all her belongings and forget her friends, Emily is less than stoked. But really, how bad could it be?
