From halting her education for seven years to working tirelessly as a massage therapist, Nemia faced poverty, grief, and self-doubt head-on. She returned to school through the Balik-Aral Program, where her love for writing reemerged, earning her recognition and a contest victory despite her struggles with tuberculosis. Her journey continued as a working student in college, balancing jobs, financial strain, and eventually motherhood. Amid the challenges of the pandemic, she persevered-selling handmade bouquets, working in a call center, and never losing sight of her dreams.

Graduating in August 2024, Nemia proved that both education and resourcefulness are essential tools for success. Inspired by her hardships and driven by her vision, she is now building Iya Wellness Spa, a business rooted in her academic achievements and life experiences. Nemia's story is a testament to resilience, determination, and the belief that hope and hard work can overcome any obstacle.
