There was a rumored cult that has always been circulating around town, giving offerings to a demonic entity as to worship him and avoid hell from being unleashed unto the town for many centuries. Yet all of them, so far, has made the Demon either angry or annoyed, a bit of satisfaction being the most they could get.
However though, this year, a young child, who has been treated terribly by all but family gave the only thing they have besides his clothes and a colorful pillow that he had grew up with.
Ever since that child has given his precious items as an offering to the eldritch abomination, however, his life has gradually began to change, for the better for the worse, Error couldn't tell. All the child cared about, was his family, and the Guardian that has began to protect him.
Although said Guardian looks like a goopy tar stained horror that you'd see only in Lovecraftian horror or your nightmares, Error couldn't care, for he had a nice Guardian despite it's awful looks!
After all, you should never judge a book by it's over.

ever sense Error can remember, hes dedicated his life to giving his dying brother, Geno, a gift. the gift of a good, strong brother. with Geno's life slowly draining from him, Error focuses day and night on trying to do everything for his incurable brother. even if it meant doing absolutely nothing for himself. But one day, a group of doctors discover a cure for this illness that has left Geno distraught, and his illness is cured. finally able to go out and do things, Geno desides to go continue his life to the best of his abilities. leaving Error behind. Error sees no point in life anymore. his whole purpose was to protect his brother. was to be strong. but how could he be strong when he was useless. pathetic. a waste of space. a nobody. or so the voices in his head told him so, he goes to end it all, wishing that he could just start all over.. he walks throughout the park, reminiscing of a better life as he walks back to his apartment. Only to be met with flames and ashes as he comes home to watch his new apartment that he moved into, burned to the ground. panic rushes through him as the realization that he cant end his life anymore, only to come across a realization. everyone thinks hes dead.. should he keep it that way..? Error uses this opportunity to leave his city, taking all his money and using it to leave his home-town, and go to the large city of Pentral. his new life begins as he meets new faces for the first time. but his family isnt so sure.. they never found Errors burned up clothing in his apartment when they put out the fire. nor did they find his phone, or his dust. His bank acount is emptied and people think they saw Error leave the building. Geno has a strong feeling his brother is alive. and he wants to prove to Error that he doesnt have to run anymore. to prove that Error is strong. to prove that Error is still ALIVE. Expectations and a Golden Stitch-A DreamError/Insomnia Fanfic
Dream always felt the weight of expectations on his shoulders and they've only grown worse now that he's a Star Sans. Save this AU, rescue that person, stop Nightmare over there, and make X person smile! It's a never-ending cycle of tasks and he gets asked more about why he hasn't done it sooner or defeated his brother yet than thanked for what he accomplished. He's as bad an omen as a black cat crossing your path. Others assume he is bad because of his "freakish" or glitching appearance. He has accepted these but it gets tiring when he already has the voices bossing him around or Fate reminding him that he should do more destruction. But he doesn't limit himself to destruction. He watches UnderNovela, admires the stars, and appreciates what he can. He pushes the limits of what is expected of him or disregards them completely. A trait that Dream eventually finds himself admiring in him, the known enemy of his friend. He knows that Error's feelings are genuine since he doesn't change in his presence(still an angry manchild). So when Dream gets wounded and stuck with Error on a whim, where will it take them? Will it be a mistake remaining in a hatred of enemies or will it change them both for the better?
