That was the word I was finding very hard to utter as I stared into Allyssa's pristine green eyes. My sharp dagger pointed at her neck, hungry for blood but I couldn't kill her.
"What are you waiting for, Death? Kill her and get it over with. Remember she is the mission." I heard Dexter growl from behind me.
This was unlike me; I never flinched or hesitated, not even in the face of a horrible end, but for the very first time, I was conflicted.
"Kill her Death or I'll burn her myself." Dexter the notorious green dragon roared,
