Viktor has no time for himself as he's too hooked onto hextech, Jayce stops progressing with new hextech ideas so Viktor can have some time for himself but he didn't realize what Viktor would be doing in his free time.

"Walls We Built" Jayce's life has always been about keeping people out. The walls he's built around himself are thick, forged from years of abuse and silent suffering. He's perfected the art of hiding his pain, masking it behind a mask of arrogance and the occasional taunt.
