Atalanta lived a perfect life and then it all fell apart, bringing her to Camp Half-Blood, a safe haven for kids that were just like her. Lost, alone and afraid. She's the daughter of Artemis, that much she knows, taken in my Chiron and raised as a huntress.

Insert Percy Jackson. A boy heavily in denial of his own destiny. He's a Demi-God, this is as much as Atalanta knows of him and as far as she wants to know. And yet, Fate always seems to pull them close and especially when a war is waging in Olympus that can destroy everything she's known.

Together, they're forced to work with each other to protect things as they journey west into places where no one wants to help them and everyone wants to stop them dead in their tracks, quite literally dead as they fight monsters and get back what was stolen.
