This fanfic is set after the big war in Dragon Prince (This was written before season 7 came out so if there is anything that becomes inaccurate my bad reach out and I can fix it.) This is not good writing I wrote this over the summer with my friend AnAspiringWritter21 (check out their work). This is a fanfic about Rayla and Callum working through being adults and other "surprises" that might come their way. So may I present my fanfic. (pls if you have criticisms phase it nicely)

Not As It Seems
Once upon a time, Xadia was a unified land, filled with wonder and magic. At the dawn of time, there were six primary sources of magic, the sun, moon, stars, earth, sky and ocean. But a thousand years ago, a magician from a human tribe discovered a new power, the seventh source, black magic. It uses the essence of all magical creatures to awaken the forces of evil. Terrified by this sight, dragons and elves decided to put an end to the madness. Human mages, however, did not want to give up, and stood up to fight against the elves and dragons. The Prophecy of Five
This story starts part of the way through the last episode of The Dragon Prince season . Ezran and Corvus have split off to return to Katolis while Callum and Rayla continue into Xadia. Ezran feels like his brother is in trouble but must return to become king , Corvus takes him to go see an old friend of his who might be able to help. Meanwhile, Callum becomes a target for some bloodthirsty elves and Rayla must choose between her people and the dorky prince she has come to love. Soren and Claudia come to terms with their father's issues and seek to right past wrongs. None of the art is mine but I thought each piece went with it's chapter.Concluida

This is an AU timeline that diverges from the Season 3 finale of The Dragon Prince. In the original timeline, Rayla tackled Viren off the pinnacle of the Storm Spire. Callum then used the "Manus. Pluma. Volantus." spell to save her before both Rayla and Viren fell to the ground. But in this alternate version, it's Callum who reaches the pinnacle first - and he's the one who tackles Viren before Rayla can intervene.
