Billy Hargrove survived the "Mall Incident", as he calls it, by the skin of his teeth and everything around him just seemed to crumble away piece by piece. Neil got laid off, he's been hurting more and more every day, Max hates him even more and he doesn't know why everything is happening all at once. The only sanity he has left is Joe McKintly.
