Natsuo still blamed Endeavor for everything, and even though he wouldn't admit it to anyone, Shoto had overheard his brother ranting about how if Shoto wasn't born, Touya would be alive. He was never home anyways, so it's not like he had to worry about getting into fights with his brother. When he found out he was going to UA, everything in his life changed.
