Ramblers In the Wilderness
Cadence is temporarily assisting TaskForce141 throughout the next year of missions with the offer of becoming a permanent member. Joining at a young age to escape childhood errors, danger is always what seems to find its way back. The team is welcoming, save the Lieutenant. Ghost. A very back and forth and complex relationship forms between the two. The main goal is survival. A slow burn story takes the reader on adventures both sad and fun. *Disclaimer* I don't know COD MW or have followed much of it at all. But. Got introduced to the characters and have been enjoying them since! As I read more stories I'm trying to keep things different than other Ghost stories on the app. However I have recently come across some which are very similar to things I have already written. I am in no way attempting to copy anyone's work or would ever dream of plagiarism.

Trapped with a stranger, in a snowstorm, with no contact with the outside world, Ghost realises he must overcome his fear of vulnerability and deep rooted stubbornness, and accept help. He never would have imagined that backing down and swallowing his pride, could open so many doors. This storyline originated from Ghost and Roach being left for dead after being betrayed. It changed and morphed into this one after the remastered Modern Warfare, brought a new life to the character of Ghost. If I have time, I may repost with the original backstory.Complete
