Caitlyn's sucks in a breath, her teeth almost vibrating with rage.

"We are nothing alike."

Jinx leans her face closer, replacing Caitlyn's air with the smell of fresh rain. While her lungs protested, she couldn't help but breathe it in. It was intoxicating.

"You are a monster."

Jinx only grinned, reaching out to sweep a fingernail across Caitlyn's jaw. Blue meets blue as the two women took each other in, eyes burning with intense determination to emerge victorious.

"Yes, we are."
