Kokichi is the leader of D.I.C.E which is a group of ten members, including him, that steals rare, limited, famous, or very expensive items. They've become used to be a prank group that evolved into thieves. They've become have been a group for years and are all friends but feel close enough to be a family. They have a hidden base they often stay at. Kokichi started it all and has built on it since he was a child. He always wanted to be a leader and after hopes peak academy he was even better. He's one of the most talented thieves in the country.

Shuichi is one of the best detectives in Japan. He works with his sister, Kyoko. Shuichi's uncle and sister are both very good detectives like himself. Shuichi is very close to his uncle and sister, but not as open to others. He works at a detective agency that gets the most difficult cases. Shuichi and his sister are known to be able to crack them all. Shuichi didn't want to be a detective but after a bit of getting enrolled into hopes peak academy as the ultimate detective he became a very successful detective.

Shuichi gets his most difficult case yet. He can't seem to solve who or what is this phantom thief. Will he solve it?
