.........Aliza, as always, was talking-her voice light, carefree, as she shared her latest findings from work, her hands gesturing with excitement. But there was something in her eyes, something hidden behind her bright smile that Keshet couldn't quite place. A flicker of uncertainty, a shadow that had lingered too long.
"Keshet," Aliza said, her voice softer now, almost hesitant. "Do you ever think that maybe... we're too focused on the light, that we forget how to find what lies in the dark?"
Keshet paused, turning to face her sister. Aliza's words hung in the air, odd in their simplicity. There was no explanation, no elaboration, just a strange, cryptic sentence that seemed to carry weight far beyond its surface.
Keshet stared at her sister, studying her face, but Aliza had already turned back to the horizon, her expression unreadable. Keshet's heart fluttered-an uneasy feeling settled in her chest. She couldn't shake the sense that something was about to change, something she couldn't see yet, but would soon find herself unable to ignore.
