A 20 year old girl named Anna wakes up one day with a strange notification on her phone, a governemnt alert warning her "Do not look at the moon" but she has hundreds of texts trying to convince her to look at the moon.

Meanwhile Officer Davis and Detective Carter are trying to investigate a large amount of missing persons cases, unsure of what's causing it as the cases are sporadic.
